  Arguably the worst Starbucks my wife and I have frequented. The staff is nice enough (although they still don't know me or my name after coming for years) but seem overworked. Training and quality control is lacking. More than half the time my order is wrong and it takes forever to order and get the drink. There is only one cash open despite there being a line almost to the door. This morning my wife dropped me at the Walgreens while she went next door to the starbucks, I spent 10 minutes searching and buying something for my sports injury, walked over and my wife was still in line 3rd from the cash. I sat down and we waited another 15 minutes to order and get our drinks. This time the orders seemed to be correctly done so that's good. All of these issues seem to have begun in the last year. I dont know if there was a management change but these are all management problems not the staff. The staff doesn't seem to be set up for success. There seems to be a lot of turnover all the time. My wife and I decided literally this morning to not come back. I don't think the franchisee or management is concerned because they do get a lot of long lines. We will go to Peets or an alternate Starbucks from now on even though this one is closest to us. So disappointed because we used to love coming to this community Starbucks.

  Great service. Always friendly and mindful as to our special requests due to food allergies. They definitely know how to make a great flat white also!
