A small recommendation...never greet a customer by saying "hello, bud". Beyond unprofessional. No matter the age, gender, appearance of possible relatatability. Never ever. It's a bad representation of the company. I didn't remove a star and will remove this portion of my review soon enough. Just wanted to point out my last visits experience.
